To describe the Peoria scene in one word: BLOSSOMING!  Some major talent is growing in central Illinois.  And one of the artists who are pushing it forward is C.H.I. from the D&V crew.

Looking like a pilot in 'AK Free Verse 1,' C.H.I. is definitely ready to take off.  And it is apparent with his spectacular vocabulary.  The beat is fresh like the brownie in the middle too!
